You can report problems to QuinPin by clicking the “Report a Bug” link in the upper-right of the help center.

When reporting a problem, please try to include:

  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • A screenshot, if applicable
  • Your device and/or browser details

Please note that you shouldn’t expect a response when reporting a bug. However, we do review all reports, and we’ll reach out if we need additional information.
