Climate change refers to long-term changes in the Earth’s climate, including temperature, precipitation, and other weather patterns, that are primarily caused by human activities, such as the burning of fossil fuels and deforestation. The impacts of climate change include rising global temperatures, melting polar ice caps and glaciers, sea level rise, and more frequent and intense natural disasters, such as hurricanes and droughts. Climate change also has negative impacts on ecosystems, wildlife, and human health, including increased spread of diseases and food and water shortages.
Climate change creates a conducive environment for the creation and transmission of several communicable diseases like malaria, dengue, diarrhoea, etc.,
