What is the difference between a guarantee and a warranty?

1 Answer

  1. aalan
  2. Guarantee: Customer Care can repair your faulty products (if is it possible) if they changed any parts to repair the product they won’t charge you for the same or they can give you totally new product against your guarantee claim. ( Usually, they offer 12 months guarantee as a standard on their products, and most often if you get the faulty piece they don’t bother to repair a faulty piece and issue you a completely new piece/product.)

Warranty: In this term, you will only get limited support on your product. It’s not as beneficial as a “guarantee”. (Mostly from 6 months to 12 months not more ) also, there are a lot of terms and conditions while claiming the warranty. They will repair your product but if any parts need to be changed they will charge you for the same. ( In this term they refused to give you a completely new product against your claim by showing you the terms and conditions manual)

    Hope it’s helpful.
