Although smart TV are a thing now, I would recommend you to go for smart sticks like, Amazon Fire TV stick or Chromecast, WHY??
1. They are comparatively cheap.
2. You can take them with you anywhere, assuming you travel.
3. Functionality is same as smart TV.
Still If you want to opt for smart TV. Samsung is good, also MI Smart TV have good reviews.

The price of TV depends on the inches, How many inch TV you want to purchase.
All companies TV starting price is approx 10-15 thousands.
But, i suggest you to go with brand that service center is in your city or provide cheapest servicing because every samrt tv need servicing after 2-3 years.
32 inch tv I want to buy
Go with Samsung that is medium range or if you want cheapest then go with MI.
